However, when direct action is necessary – when a threat is identified which requires immediate termination – the Enclave turns to its Special Operations Branch. In this first episode of her own trilogy, we begin to learn the history of one of the alpha predators of Appalachia; the most lethal asset in the Enclave’s Arsenal: Major Lilith.
