Major Lilith is the most terrifying BlackOps asset employed by the Enclave in Appalachia. She is the product of her father’s FEV experimentation – a continuation of the work done at West-Tek before the war.

A leap forward in genetics, Lilith has the strength, speed and endurance of a Super Mutant, without the physical mutations. However, she is also completely psychotic…a perfect weapon for the Enclave in Appalachia.
